Description
This programme has been developed jointly by IGNOU, Rajiv Gandhi Foundation (RGF), and Commonwealth of Learning (COL) Canada, with the aim to enable NGOs and other agencies to develop business skills among street children, unemployed youth, rural and urban disadvantaged sections, and women, so that these groups can avail gainful self-employment opportunities.

Rs. 3,200/- for the full programme plus a registration fee of Rs. 300/-.
